Public Report Exemption for VENTANA DE MEXICO Announcement |

As all of you know, due to the “Public Report” which is a regulation required by the Government of Arizona through its Department of Real Estate where it states that no publicity, promotion or sale of any property can be made in the Estate with out having the Public Report permit, our lawyers and Ventana de Mexico staff along with the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, Tucson Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau, Consulate of Mexico in Tucson have been working really hard in order to get this permit or a possible exemption. Finally, we are proudly to announce that Ms. Cindy Ferrin. Manager of the Arizona Department of Real Estate gave a special exemption that would permit all developers from outside the US promote and market their properties in the state of Arizona during Ventana de Mexico Summit (May 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, 2007). Certain that this will strength the commercial relations between Mexico and the US and will open a new and important path for business leaders in the Tourism and Leisure Industry from both sides of the border, Please find attached the Real Estate Department permit in order to participate in Ventana de Mexico and don´t miss the opportunity to have a Tourism Investment Booming!!! |

Es un agrado informarles que el comité organizador de “Ventana de México” con el apoyo de Ms. Cindy Ferrin. Manager of the Arizona Department of Real Estate y de Mary Utley del Arizona Mexico Comision se logro obtener que todos aquellos desarrollos inmobiliarios turísticos que participen en el evento estarán EXENTOS de presentar el permiso del public report, por lo que podrán realizar actividades de promoción y mercadeo de sus propiedades. Esto abre la oportunidad a todos aquellos Desarrolladores que aparte de asistir para contactar empresas inversionistas, co-inversiones y/o fondos de inversión, ahora también puedan realizar todas las promociones posibles para detonar sus proyectos. |

Como verán este logro establece un precedente en las negociaciones binacionales en bienes raíces entre Arizona y México.
